My stay at The Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago was quite mixed. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the Magnificent Mile, which made exploring the city easy. However, the room I was in had a horrible smell, reminiscent of old cigarettes, which was quite disappointing. The pillows also left much to be desired. I woke up with a neck ache, wishing I'd bought a proper pillow nearby. All in all, great location but the room comfort could definitely improve.

I had a wonderful stay at The Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago, experiencing both comfort and convenience. The room was spacious and had an very nice view of the lake (I loved waking up to that!). The gym facilities were impressive and well-maintained (great for keeping up with my fitness routine). However, I did encounter a minor inconvenience with the check-in process, which could use some improvement.
